Use

In this IMG activity, you assign to the confirmation results in activities of the Confirmation category the relevant decision reasons. Together with the Confirmation Result, the person making the confirmation enters a Reason for Decision that explains his or her decision in more detail.

Note

It is not necessary to enter a reason for decision for each confirmation result.

Requirements

You have performed the IMG activity Define Activity Types to create the activities of the Confirmation category that you want to use.

You have performed the IMG activity Define Reasons for Decision to enter the reasons that you want to assign to the relevant confirmation results of the confirmation activities.

Standard settings

  1. Select an activity in the Confirmation category. The system displays in the value help all possible activities.
  2. Assign one or more reasons for decision to the relevant confirmation results of the activity. It is also possible not to assign a reason for decision.
