Use

A candidate can request a replacement password if the candidate has forgotten his or her personal password for accessing the E-Recruiting system. A replacement password is sent to the candidate with the help of the Assign New Password workflow (ERCSendPwd).

Standard settings

The following workflow steps are implemented as standard:

• A new password is generated for the candidate.
• The activity New Password is created for the candidate.
• The new password is sent to the candidate by e-mail.
