In this IMG activity, you define the Web services that are included in the workflows as approval forms.

Perform this IMG activity in the production system as well.

Activities

Creating a Service

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. In the Service ID field, enter the name 'ERCApproval'.
  3. Enter a short text.
  4. In the fields, Log, Servers, and Port, specify your system access data for HTTP.
  5. Specify /sap/bc/bsp/sap/hrrcf_approval/application.bsp as the path.
  6. Select the call mode 'Dialog-Based Service'.
  7. Save your entries.

Assigning Parameters to the Service

  1. In the navigation area, choose Parameters.
  2. Choose Change -> Display and then New Entries.
  3. Define the following parameters:

Service ID    Parameter Identification    Short Text    Type    Parameter Type

ERCApproval    objid    <Short text>    String    Import

ERCApproval    requestdate    <Short text>    String    Import

ERPApproval    requestedRsnCode    <Short text>    String    Import

ERCApproval    requestedstatus    <Short text>    String    Import

ERCApproval    requester    <Short text>    String    Import

ERCApproval    otype    <Short text>    String    Import

ERCApproval    plvar    <Short text>    String    Import

ERCApproval    decision    <Short text>    String    Export

Note: The definition of the parameters is case-sensitive.

  1. Save your entries.
