Use

A series of steps is triggered by the Delete Candidate's Registration workflow (ERCCandDerig) after a candidate has requested that his or her registration with the Talent Warehouse be deleted.

Requirements

Standard settings

The following workflow steps are implemented as standard:

  • All open applications of the candidates are found and the status withdrawn is set.
  • The activity Deregistration (1200) is created for the candidate.
  • A confirmation letter is sent to the candidate by e-mail.
  • The candidate's e-mail address is deleted from the communication data.
  • The candidate's R/3 user is locked.
