Use
In this IMG activity, you specify the attachment type to which the candidates can upload their documents that contain resumes.
Requirements
You have performed the IMG activity Define Attachment Types to create the relevant attachment type and the IMG activity Determine Use of Attachment Types to assign this attachment type to the attachment subtype Resume (0001) for the object type Candidate (NA).
Standard settings
Activities
Set the indicator for the attachment type to which the candidates' resumes are uploaded. The table contains all attachment types that you have assigned to the attachment subtype Resume (0001) for the object type Candidate (NA).
Example
In the dashboard worklist New External Candidates for the recruiter, the system displays for each work item in the Resume column a link to the document of the attachment type for which the Resume indicator is set. If you have not identified an attachment type, no documents are displayed.
