Use

In this IMG activity, you define the output profiles with which you display in the worklist the data that was extracted using the selection profile.

Requirements

If required, you have created OTR texts with alternative names for the fields. The system uses these names to label the columns in the tables of the worklists.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Specify the application area to which you want to assign the output profile.
  2. Assign an identifier for the output profile. You can use any character string of up to six characters in length.
  3. Specify the field name from which a column is to be generated in the worklist. Use the input help to do this. The system only displays those fields that are relevant for the specified application area.
  4. If necessary, enter an OTR text to customize the name of a column title in the worklist.
  5. Enter the relative position of the column within the worklist.
  6. Save your entries.

Repeat the activities described above for all fields of the output profile and for other application areas.
