Use
In this IMG activity, you create for the work areas the worklists that you want to provide in the dashboard. The system displays the worklists on the user interface in the menu tree of the dashboard under the corresponding work areas.
Requirements
The following requirements must be filled before you can define a worklist:
You have defined your selection profiles.
You have defined your output profiles.
You have defined your function profiles.
You have created the OTR texts that you want to use as names for worklists in the menu tree of the dashboard.
Standard settings
Activities
Assign an identifier for the worklist. You can use any character string of up to six characters in length.
Specify the application area under which the worklist is displayed in the dashboard.
Assign a selection profile, an output profile, and a function profile to the worklist. Use the value help in which all entries are displayed that you have assigned to the selected application area.
Specify the OTR alias that is displayed in the menu tree as the name of the worklist.
Specify the field to determine the column according to whose contents the entries in the worklist are sorted.
Set the Sort Ascending indicator if the system is to sort the entries in ascending order.
Specify the maximum number of displayed lines in a worklist.
