Use

In this IMG activity, you create structuring elements for start pages. You can use these to customize the start pages delivered in the standard system to suit your own requirements. The structuring elements that you create in this IMG activity represent the second navigation level. Each entry refers to a Web Dynpro component.

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Specify an identifier for the new second navigation level.
  3. Enter a text of your own choosing, describing the navigation level. This text is not displayed on the user interface.
  4. Enter an OTR alias to label the navigation level on the user interface.
    5. Note

Note that you must create the OTR text in the system that uses Web Dynpro ABAP as the display technology.

  1. In the front-end system, enter the name of the Web Dynpro component that is to be displayed.
  2. Enter the name of the Web Dynpro window for the selected Web Dynpro component.
  3. Enter the name of the inbound plug for the selected Web Dynpro window.
