Use
In this IMG activity, you make all the settings required to send the result lists of an SAP Query in E-Recruiting to the e-mail address of a user. You can choose between the formats Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).
Requirements
The user has stored an e-mail address in the system.
Standard settings
In the standard system, the parameter for the output type DISPLAY_PDF is not set; output is in HTML format by default.
Activities
If you want to use PDF format, you must activate the parameter DISPLAY_PDF for the BSP application HRRCF_QUERY.
Example
You want the result lists output in PDF format.
To do so, enter 'X' for the parameter type DISPLAY_PDF for the BSP application HRRCF_QUERY.
