Use
In this IMG activity, you specify which user groups are to be available for SAP E-Recruiting.
You execute this IMG activity if you want to limit the queries that a user can call using the SAP E-Recruiting application. If you do not specify a table entry, the user can call all queries that are entered in your system and that are assigned to the user.
Requirements
Standard settings
SAP does not deliver any entries in the table. Therefore, in the standard system, all user groups entered in the system are available within SAP E-Recruiting.
Activities
Enter the user groups that contain the queries that you want to call via SAP E-Recruiting. Use the input help (F4) to select the user groups. The help provides you with list of all user groups entered in the system with the relevant work area.
Note
If you do not select any user groups, all user groups that exist in the system are available in SAP E-Recruiting.
