Use
In this IMG activity, you set up the connection to Crystal Reports. This enables users to access the initial page of Crystal Reports using a link from E-Recruiting, and to run reports there.
Requirements
You have a licence for Crystal Reports and have created an initial page for your users. In addition, you have defined your own reports using the E-Recruiting InfoSets and/or E-Recruiting queries.
Standard settings
No URL is stored for the parameter type CRYSTAL_URL in the standard system. In other words, Crystal Reports are not integrated.
Activities
Enter the relevant URL for the BSP application HRRCF_QUERY in the parameter type 'CRYSTAL_URL'.
Example
You want to make the URL of Crystal Reports available on the standard page for reports. To do so, you enter the URL that leads to your initial page on Crystal Reports in the parameter type CRYSTAL_URL of the BSP application HRRCF_QUERY.
