Use
In the following IMG activities, you specify the settings for the qualifications. The following differentiation is made:
If you transfer the SAP qualifications catalog from your HR system to the SAP E-Recruiting system, only the following activities are relevant for processing:
- Define Views of Qualifications Catalog
- Restrict View of Qualifications Catalog
If you do not transfer the qualifications you use from the HR qualifications catalog, only the following IMG activities are relevant:
- Define Scales for Qualifications
- Define Qualifications Catalog
Note
To ensure consistency, make sure that you do not change the settings in the Define Scales for Qualifications and Define Qualifications Catalog IMG activities when you transfer the SAP qualifications catalog from your HR system.
