Use
In this IMG activity, you create categories for questionnaires, questions, and responses.
This activity is the prerequisite for using questionnaires in E-Recruiting.
Standard settings
Two categories of questionnaires are created:
- Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) Information
Questionnaires in this category are used in connection with the EEO (Equal Employment Opportunities). - Evaluable Information
Questionnaires in this category cover general information.
Activities
Execute the IMG activity. A report automatically makes the basic settings and generates the relevant table entries. You only need to run the report once.
The texts for the categories are created in the system language.
Further notes
The category determines the parameters for the questionnaires. For example, Business Add-Ins, which are required for evaluation purposes, are assigned to questionnaires. Do not use the table maintenance to change the settings that are made by this IMG activity.
