Use
You can use the BAdI HRRCF00_PROFILE_PICTURE_SCP (Determine Link for Profile Picture) to display the candidate's picture for succession planners in the data overview of the candidate.

Note
It is only possible to display pictures using PDF-based forms. The BAdI implementation does not have any influence on the data overview based on SAP Smart Forms.
Requirements
In the IMG activity Set System Parameter, you have specified that the system displays data overviews using PDF-based forms (switch RECFA DATAO = X).
Standard settings
SAP delivers the active BAdI implementation HRRCF00_PROFILE_PICTURE_SCP_01 (Determine Link for Profile Picture). For information about the implementation, see the implementation documentation.
