Use

In this IMG activity, you specify how changes to employee data are transferred from HR to SAP E-Recruiting. Changes to employee data are transferred by means of a table that contains change pointers to the relevant employee IDs.

Changes to data in the following infotypes are supported:

  • Actions (0000 )
  • Organizational Assignment (0001)
  • Personal Data (0002)
  • Addresses (0006)
  • Communication (0105)

Requirements

You use SAP E-Recruiting, Release 3.00 or higher together with SAP ECC 5.0, Human Resources Extension (EA-HR 500) and higher.

Standard settings

Activities

Implement event linkage for each infotype. You must set up event linkage for the object type Person (P), for infotypes 0000, 0001, 0002, 0006 and 0105 and for all possible database events.

Make the following entries in the HR-CA Event Linkage table.
