Use
You can use the Business Add-In (BAdI) HRRCF00_QUERY_LOG to log the search queries for specific requisitions of SAP E-Recruiting.
In doing so, the system saves the following information about each search that is performed for these requisitions:
- Requisition Title
- Requisition Number
- Date on which the search was performed
- Name of the user who performed the search
- Full name of the user who performed the search
- Number of candidates assigned to the requisition based on this search (the number can be zero if no candidates are assigned to the requisition based on the search)
- Search Query
- Candidates that are assigned to the requisition as a result of the search
This search information is retained until the requisition is deleted in the system.

You can call the log using the IMG activity Display Search Query Log for Requisitions.
Requirements
Standard settings
SAP delivers the BAdI implementation HRRCF00_QUERY_LOG as a sample implementation. You can use the sample implementation to log all search queries for requisitions in which candidates are sought for branches that are in the United States (Country of Branch is United States).
Activities
Activate the sample implementation or create and activate a new implementation.
