Use
In this IMG activity, you specify the service used to synchronize the data of a candidate in SAP E-Recruiting with the data of an employee in the HR System if you run SAP ECC (SAP ERP Central Component), Human Resources Extension (EA-HR) together with the SAP E-Recruiting Add-On in the same system.
The service ERP_EE_TO_INT_CAND is triggered when changes are made to employee data. The program synchronizes employee data with candidate data. If the employee is new, the program creates a new candidate.
Note
Employee data is automatically uploaded to the SAP E-Recruiting System the first time the periodic service ERP_EE_TO_INT_CAND is called.
Requirements
You use SAP E-Recruiting, Release 3.00 or higher together with SAP ECC 5.0, Human Resources Extension (EA-HR 500) or higher.
Standard settings
The standard system contains the service ERP_EE_TO_INT_CAND for the purpose of data synchronization between candidate and employee.
Activities
Enter the service ERP_EE_TO_INT_CAND in the table Active Periodic Services.
