Use

In this IMG activity, you configure users so that they can send or print correspondences.

You must make the following settings:

  1. You need to assign a printer to the user so that he or she can print the correspondence. You also need to make this entry for correspondence output by e-mail to ensure the formatting is correct.
  2. You need to assign an e-mail address to the user so that he or she can send the correspondence by e-mail. If an e-mail address is stored for candidates assigned to the user, the system uses this e-mail address.

Requirements

You have set up an SAP printer.

Standard settings

Activities

Make the following entries for users who need to print from the system or send e-mails.

  • E-mail address in the address data
  • Output device for fixed values under Output Options

Note:

Make these entries for all internal users.

Caution:

Perform this IMG activity in the productive system.
