Use
You use this program to create internal users for the SAP E-Recruiting application and also to create further application attributes for the technical object USER.
For example, each user in SAP E-Recruiting requires a unique e-mail address, an employee requires an employee number, and a candidate requires a candidate status.
This program creates these objects and attributes consistently.
Requirements
You use SAP E-Recruiting and SAP ERP Central Component on different instances (non-integrated scenario).
Caution
In the integrated scenario (SAP E-Recruiting and SAP ERP Central Component run on one instance), you cannot run the program as this then results in data inconsistencies (see also Software Runs on One Instance).
