Use
You use this IMG activity to define the contexts that you require in the following situations:
You want to switch fields on and off in the interfaces of applications for certain user groups or declare the fields to be required entry fields. The contexts are provided for selection in the IMG activity Modify Fields in Interfaces.
You want to hide container elements from container sequences. The contexts are provided for selection in the IMG activity Modify Container Sequences.
You want to provide dashboards for various contexts. To do this, you want to change the names of work areas in the menu tree of dashboards and display specify worklists in a context. The contexts are provided for selection in the IMG activities Specify Names of Application Areas in a Context and Assign Worklists to Contexts.
If you are using flexible interfaces, then you must specify the desired context with the program RCF_GENERATE_URLS (Structure of URL for Web Services) to generate the Web Services. For more information, see the IMG activity Determine E-Recruiting Services under Activities, point 3.
