Use

In this IMG activity, you define the interest groups that are used to categorize candidates.

A candidate can assign himself or herself to an interest group.

A recruiter or succession planner can also specify in the requisition or succession plan which interest group is suitable for the open job.

Note

Do not use the key value "0". This can lead to problems in the flexibilization of fields on the user interface.
