Use

You use the Business Add-In (BAdI) HRRCF00_GET_EXT_CODE (BAdI for Generation of Reference Codes) to have the system generate reference codes.

The recruiter can use the Generate Reference Code pushbutton on the user interface to assign a reference code to the relevant publication of a job posting.

Requirements

Standard settings

SAP delivers the BAdI implementation HRRCF00_GET_EXT_CODE as an example. The implementation is inactive.

Activities

1. Create your own implementation.
2. Activate the implementation.

Note

The Generate Reference Code pushbutton is available on the user interface only if there is an active BAdI implementation.
