Use
In this IMG activity, you determine the currencies for the salary ranges. These are the currencies in which the payment information can be specified for the job and salary expectations.
You also determine the reference currency. The reference currency enables you to compare the payment information of a requisition with the salary expectations of the candidates even if they have been specified in different currencies.
Note:
Only specify one reference currency.
If you change the reference currency and use salary ranges in the candidate or job search, you must generate all search profiles again.
Requirements
You have performed the IMG activities under Currencies for the currencies you want to determine here. When doing so, you determined the exchange rate between the currencies for the rate type 'M'.
