Use
In this IMG activity, you specify the currencies for the salary ranges. The payment information for the job and the salary requirements of the candidate can be entered in these currencies.
You also specify the reference currency. You can use the reference currency to compare the payment information of a requisition with the salary expectations of the candidate, even if these entries were made in different currencies.
Note:
- Enter only one reference currency.
- If you change the reference currency and use salary ranges when searching for candidates or jobs, you must perform the IMG activity Update Search Profiles.
Requirements
You have performed the Currencies IMG activities for the currencies that you want to specify here. In doing so, you have specified the exchange rate between the currencies for the exchange rate type M.
