Use
In this IMG activity, you determine which attachment types are possible for an HR object type. In the process, you assign the attachment types to an HR object type and a subtype of IT5134 (Attachments).
Note:
Here, only the HR object types NA (Candidate), NB (Requisition), NC (Posting), NF (Talent Group), and ND (Application) are important for E-Recruiting.
Requirements
You have performed the IMG activity Define Attachment Types.
Standard settings
Activities
- Select an HR object type of E-Recruiting.
- Specify to which attachment subtype the attachment type should be assigned and then assign an attachment type.
Example
You determine that attachment type Reference/Certificate can be used for object type Candidate and attachment subtype Reference.
