Use

In this IMG activity, you assign scales to the following scale types:

  • Candidate ranking
  • Ranking of candidates' assignments to requisitions
  • Weighting of criteria for Search&Match.
  • Readiness as successor (when using the Succession Planning subarea)

Activities

Enter a scale ID for each scale type. Make sure that you only assign scales that are sorted in linear form in ascending order. In other words, the lowest quality specified must correspond to the lowest numerical value and the highest quality specified must correspond to the highest numerical value. In addition, the difference between the values must be linear.
