Use

In this IMG activity, you assign relevant scales to the following scale types:

  • Ranking of candidates
  • Ranking of assignment of candidates to requisitions
  • Weighting of criteria for Search&Match
  • Readiness as successor (when using the Succession Planning subarea)

Requirements

You have created the scales using the IMG activity Define Scales for Ranking and Reporting.

Activities

Specify an appropriate scale ID for each scale type.
Ensure that you only assign scales that are sorted linearly in ascending order. This means that the qualitative lowest proficiency must correspond to the lowest numeric value of the proficiency, the qualitative highest proficiency must correspond to the highest numeric value, and the interval between the values must be linear.
