Use
In this IMG activity, you assign the relevant document categories to the activity categories for correspondence.
Document categories group together correspondence documents of the same type and specify the technology with which the documents can be customized by the user.
Requirements
Standard settings
The table of activity categories is a control table with specific namespace for customer entries.
The customer namespace is: 9*
The HTML editor is the default editor in the standard system. The relevant settings have already been made for this.
Caution
The table is a control table (delivery class: E). If you want to use the solution of changeable letter sections, you must overwrite the entries in the standard system and ignore any warning messages that are displayed.
Activities
Change the settings delivered in the standard system.
Assign the following document categories to the activity categories for correspondence:
