Use
In this IMG activity, you assign forms to the activity types as letter templates. In this way, you can assign several different forms to different companies, interest groups, and candidate classes. These forms determine the layout and the content of the letter that is created using the relevant activity. You can assign several forms to an activity with the same attributes (companies, interest groups, candidate classes) using sequence numbers. The user is offered these forms for selection as letter templates when creating a correspondence activity. For automatically generated correspondence activities using the workflow, when the attributes are the same, the form with the lowest sequence number is always used.
Note
If you want to assign different forms to the activity types depending on the company, this is advisable only for activity types that are assigned to the Candidacy (NE) or Application (ND) objects (see also Assign HR Object Types to Activity Types). These objects are assigned to a Requisition (NB). The program determines the company from the requisition and selects the form stored for the company.
Requirements
- You have created the forms that you want to use.
- If you want to use different forms for different interest groups and companies, you have performed the following IMG activities:
Standard settings
SAP delivers sample entries that you can use with the solution using the HTML editor. The sample forms that can be edited using the HTML editor are assigned to the activities.
Note
To get a sample entry to use with the solution using changeable letter sections, you must change the sample entries delivered with the standard system. To do this, you must assign the sample forms containing changeable letter sections to all activity types. In accordance with the naming convention, these are the forms with the prefix HRRCF_CS_IT_* (see the IMG activity Create Forms and Changeable Letter Sections).
Activities
For each activity type, specify the forms that you want to use as letter templates. Note that the structure of the forms is different depending on the editor selected.
Example
For the activity type 0102, you can specify another form for the company 0200 and the interest group 0001 than for the target group 0002.
