Use

In this IMG activity, you assign forms as letter templates to the activity types. In the process, you can assign various forms to different companies, interest groups and candidate classes. These forms determine the appearance and the content of the letter that is generated by the current activity. You can assign several forms to an activity with the same attributes (companies, interest groups, candidate classes) by using sequential numbers. These forms are offered for selection as letter templates when the user creates a correspondence activity. For correspondence activities automatically generated using the workflow, the form in which the lowest sequential number is stored is always used for the same attributes.

Note

If you want to assign different forms to activity types depending on your company, it is only useful for activity types that are assigned to the objects Candidacy (NE) or Application (ND) (see also Assign HR Object Types to Activity Types). These objects are assigned to a Requisition (NB). The system determines the company from the requisition and selects the form entered for the company.

Requirements

  • You have created the forms you want to use.
  • You have performed the following IMG activities if you want to use different forms for different interest groups and companies:

    Define Interest Groups

    Define Company

Standard settings

SAP delivers sample entries that you can use with the solution using the HTML editor. The sample forms that can be edited using the HTML editor are assigned to the activities.

Note

To get a sample entry to use with the solution using changeable letter sections, you must change the sample entries delivered with the standard system. To do this, you must assign the sample forms containing changeable letter sections to all activity types. In accordance with the naming convention, these are the forms with the prefix HRRCF_CS_IT_* (see the IMG activity Create Forms and Changeable Letter Sections).

Activities

For each activity type, specify the forms that you want to use as letter templates. Note that the structure of the forms is different depending on the editor selected.

Example

You can store a different form for activity type 0102 for company 0200 and for interest group 0001 to the one you store for target group 0002.
