Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Quality Management (QM) component. You can use this BAdI to change characteristic specifications when you transfer a plan characteristic to an inspection lot. The specification determination rule stored in the master inspection characteristic serves as the filter value.
The BAdI is used when maintaining the master inspection characteristic to provide the parameters required for specification determination and a simulation of the specification determination. For this, it provides the following methods:

Requirements
The plan characteristic must be linked to a master inspection characteristic. It can also have been unblocked in the plan.
The changes to the plan characteristic specifications defined via an implementation of the BAdI SMOD_QEEV0002 are in accordance with the implementation of this BAdI.
