Use

In this IMG activity, you enter details about the city code, which represents the tax office to which you submit property tax declaration forms.

To submit property tax declaration forms, you assign a city code to a declaration key. The assignment of declaration keys and city codes depends on whether you submit forms centrally or non-centrally:

• If your company submits tax declaration forms centrally, you assign one declaration key to the city code of the central tax office.
  If you use the central control function, you perform the IMG activity Assign Declaration Key to Company Code.
• If each of your company's local offices submits its tax declaration form to the local tax office, this represents a decentral method. In this case, you assign a declaration key to the city code of the tax office that processes the tax declaration form for the company's local office in question.
  If you do not use the central control function, you perform the IMG activity Assign Declaration Key to Company Code and City Code.

Requirements

You have defined declaration keys in the IMG activity Define Declaration Key.

You have entered tax office codes, which you represent as evaluation groups, in the IMG activity Define 8-Character Evaluation Groups.
