Use
In this IMG activity, you define document groups and assign them to specific document types for purposes of expenditure certification. This step is optional and can be used for easier retrieval of documents for subsequent display of the certification list.

Activities
You first define one or several document groups.
To create a new document group, click New Entries and enter document group ID and a description.
Save your data.
To assign document types to document groups, double-click the respective node in the dialog structure and maintain the assignments. The selection options for the document type depend on the selected document category.
Note To delete a document group, select the line and click Delete. Then save your changes. Do not delete document groups which are assigned to document types. This leads to inconsistent data.
