Use

In this IMG activity you define the levels to be used in the modeling of a hierarchy of political initiatives and actions. In this way you create a clear structure for the certification of expenses in your public organization, that is, you create a virtual map of the various measures that are implemented by consuming public funding.

Requirements

Standard settings

SAP does not deliver any default settings.

Activities

To define your levels follow these instructions:

  1. Click on New Entries and enter a name to define a Level 1 funding measure, and a descriptive text for it.
  2. Save your entry.
  3. Next, mark the item you have defined and double-click on Define Level 2.
  4. Click on New Entries and enter the Level 2 name and a descriptive text.
  5. Proceed in the same fashion for Levels 3 and 4.
  6. Save your entries.
