Use

In this IMG activity, you define the types of financing source that your public organization is using to certify expenditures.

The financing source type is used to specify the financing rate, the certification procedure, the attributes used to define the financing source, and the corresponding time slices, into which the validity period for the financing source is split.

Requirements

Standard settings

SAP does not deliver any default settings.

Activities

Make settings in this IMG activity as follows:

  1. Click on New Entries. The system branches to the Detail screen.
  2. Enter the financing source type and the financing rate for this financing source type.
  3. If you want the financing source to be built by the linking of its attributes, checkmark the Concatenation indicator.
  4. Enter the certification procedure to be used during the certification run.
  5. Choose the attributes to be enabled when you maintain the financing source.
  6. If necessary, choose separators to be used after the financing source type and the intervention, and between the individual levels.
  7. Enter a descriptive text.
  8. Save your entry.
  9. Return to the previous screen and mark the line you created. Then double-click on Define Time Slices.
  10. Using the New Entries function, maintain the time slices and their start and end dates.
    Note that the dates of two time slices cannot overlap.
  11. Save your entry.
