Use

You can use this IMG activity to define defaults for the grouping options for both the WIP selection and Value screens and allows you to define which of the below characteristics are available for the user.

For grouping in WIP selection screen all characteristics are available, which are marked in dynamic item profile as Charact Relevant .

For grouping in Value screen all characteristics are available, which are marked as NoSummarization.

Activities

For characteristic used in default maintain the following relevant settings:

  •     Enter DIP profile
  •     Enter Characteristics (consider which characteristic are relevant on different screens, see above)
  •     Define how characteristic should be displayed
  •     Define sort basis for characteristic
  •     Define sort order
  •     Define sort order on WIP value screen (1=top to n=last), ), if sort order is blank, then characteristic is not used as default, but it is available for usage
  •     Define sort order on value screen (1=top to n=last), if sort order is blank, then characteristic is not used as default, but it is available for usage
  •     Save your entries

Note

The functionality to define the display option "charDispty" is not available.
