Use
The processcdefinition Customizing setting defines thresholds for the count, duration, and classification KPIs. This BAdI enables you to use different rules for different process instances (which has the same process model) to determine the threshold.
Requirements
Standard settings
There are three methods for this BADI:
- COUNT_THRESHOLD_DEFINE
- DURATION_THRESHOLD_DEFINE
- CLASS_THRESHOLD_DEFINE
This BAdI has the following filters:
- PROCESS_TYPE_ID
- PROCESS_VERSION
- KPI_TYPE_ID
- THR_DEF_ID
Activities
Example
In the process definition for a sales order process there is a duration KPI defined for order placement to delivery. The threshold value maintained is 5 days. However, for customer A, a premium customer, the order placement to delivery should not exceed 2 days. This can be achieved by implementing this BAdI.
