Use
In this Customizing activity, you check the Business Object Repository (BOR) event types that are relevant for Process Observer. This is necessary if you find that events are not recorded as tasks in the process log.
When you create a process definition, you assign tasks to the activities. These tasks are generally linked to BOR event types. At runtime, any BOR event type that is linked to an active definition must be processed.
When saving the process definition, the relevant BOR event types are determined and automatically stored in a table that contains only BOR event types relevant for process observation.
Requirements
You have created and activated the relevant process definitions.
Standard settings
Generally, this table is maintained automatically when a process definition is created or updated.
Activities
Check that all relevant BOR event types exist in the table.
You may need to maintain this table to correct incorrect entries.
