In this IMG activity you assign the case types and classes to a particular user for the previously defined individual levels.

These settings provide the process object framework with information about the case types that are defined for the various users.

Enter a case type for the required levels. Either assign a customer class to the level or set the relevant indicator to use the standard class.

Note the following:

You must define a level 1. Case type and class details are also mandatory for level 1.
Levels 2 and 3 are optional.
You can only create an entry for level 3 if you have created an entry for level 2.
