Use
In this Customizing activity, you can display the table mapping in the standard delivery and you can also define your own table mapping. You can use both the table mapping in the standard delivery and your own table mapping to do the following:
- To add new selection criteria fields and output fields to the Creation of Price Lists report (transaction V_NLN)
- To fill price attributes in the pricing inquiry layer

Activities
You add the table metadata necessary to add new selection criteria fields and new output fields. Furthermore, you can define constant values or you can join a table to take language into account.
Example
1. Assume that you want to add the field for material description MAKTX from table MAKT to the selection criteria or to the output. You make the following entry to define the alias:
- Table alias: MAKT
- Table name: MAKT
2. The system selects material data from the sales area table MVKE by default. With the following entries, you define the relation of table MAKT to table MVKE so that the system can use a single SQL statement to fetch all required field values:
- Table alias: MAKT
- Target field: MATNR
- Source table: MVKE
- Source field: MATNR
- Constant value: <No entry>
- Language to be considered: False
You then make the following entry to take into account the language of the table entry:
- Table alias: MAKT
- Target field: SPRAS
- Source table: <No entry>
- Source field: <No entry>
- Constant value: <No entry>
- Language to be considered: True
