Use
In this IMG activity, you define the servers where the resourcesfor the homepage framework are stored.

Activities
In the relevant fields, enter the parts of the URL for the server. The system will concatenate these parts to a complete URL at runtime. When you define a resource, you can also enter directory paths or URLs to the resource object. This means that you do not need to define a server:
- When you enter a directory path and a relative URL (such as a file name), the system will append these entries to the server path you define in this IMG activity.
- When you enter a complete URL for a resource object, the system uses this URL. In this case, do not enter a directory path for the resource object.
Example
You make the following entries:
- Server: CUSTOMER01
- Protocol: https
- Name and Port: server01.com:8080
- Directory Path: etc/resourcefiles
At runtime, the system will concatenate these entries to the following URL: https://server01.com:8080/etc/resourcefiles. Note that the system automatically adds the colon (:) and the forward slashes (//) after the protocol.
You define a picture resource object for the homepage header and make the following entries for this object:
- Server: CUSTOMER01
- Directory Path: pictures
- URL of Resource Object: picture01.jpg
The system will try to find this picture resource object at https://server01.com:8080/etc/resourcefiles/pictures/picture01.jpg .
You define another picture resource object at a different location and make the following entries for this object:
- Directory Path: [no entry]
- URL of Resource Object: file://server02/etc/resourcefiles/pictures/picture02.jpg
The system will try to find this picture resource object at file://server02/etc/resourcefiles/pictures/picture02.jpg.
