Use

You can use this IMG activity to link the workflow tasks with the Clock-In/Out Corrections Web application. You require this function if you want to start the application by executing a work item in the universal worklist (UWL).

Requirements

You use SAP Business Workflow to notify your employees that they have time evaluation messages that require processing.

Standard settings

You can use the workflow template 12300111 for processing leave requests as a basis for your own customer-specific workflow template. Proceed as follows:

  1. Copy the 12300111 template.
  2. Remove the tasks that you do not require (for example, the task for the approval process).
  3. Copy the standard tasks that you want to use. Adjust them to suit your requirements, then add them to your copy of the workflow template.

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter the ID of your copy of the standard task TS12300116 (Process Leave Request by Employee) and the visualization type WebDynpro Java.
  3. Select the template.
  4. In the dialog structure, choose Visualization Parameters.
  5. For the Application parameter, enter the value WTimeCor.
  6. For the Package parameter, enter the value sap.com/ess~wtcor .
  7. Register your work items. For more information about registering work items, see the documentation for the universal worklist (UWL).
