Use
In this IMG activity, you create predefined e-mail texts, which you can use to inform those involved in the process of clock-in/out corrections about any need to take action.
Requirements
For employees to be able to receive e-mails, their e-mail addresses must be stored in the E-mail subtype (0010) of the Communication infotype (0105).
Standard settings
The following standard texts are available for the following reports:
- RPTCORTMAIL report (Clock-In/Out Corrections: Request Correction of Errors)
- HR_TIM_COR_TRIGGER for ESS users
- RPTCOREMAIL report (Clock-In/Out Corrections: E-Mails to Involved Persons)
- HR_TIM_COR_REQUESTOR for ESS users
- HR_TIM_COR_APPROVER for approvers
- HR_TIM_COR_ADMIN for HR administrators
Activities
If you want to create your own standard texts, proceed as follows:
- Access the SE61 transaction (Maintain Documents). (In the SAP menu, choose Tools -> ABAP Workbench -> Utilities -> Documentation.)
- Choose the document class Dialog Text.
- Create your own texts or copy the standard texts.
- Add the technical names of the texts to your variants for the relevant reports.
