Use

In this IMG activity, you specify how your employees' absence quotas are displayed in the Time Accounts Web application. The settings that you make here also apply to the display of time accounts in the Leave Request and Approve Leave Requests Web applications.

Activities

  1. Enter all absence quota types that you want to be displayed in the application.
  2. Specify for each absence quota type the sequence in which you want the absence quotas to be displayed.
  3. Select the absence quotas for which the current entitlement and the current accrual entitlements are to be cumulated. Accrual entitlements are absence entitlements generated through Time Evaluation that have not yet been transferred to the the Absence Quotas infotype (2006).
    If you select the field, you should bear in mind that employees may not be able to deduct from the entitlement displayed for the absence quota on the current day in its entirety, since the entitlements are not yet stored in the infotype.
