In this section, you define the absence types that the employees are allowed to enter in CATS Regular.

To do this, deactivate all absence types that are only to be processed by the clerk in the SAP system. These types of absence cannot then be entered using CATS Regular.

Requirements

  1. Each employee to be authorized to submit absence messages must have a user in the SAP system.
  2. Each employee must have a system user name entered in the info type Communication (0105) and subtype 0001 (system user name SAP Systems).

Activities

  1. Decide which absence types are not to be processed using CATS Regular.
  2. Deactivate these types of absence by setting the Deact indicator.
