Feature to return eligibility for Ex-employee.

TASK
This feature will return 'N' for all the employees who are not eligible for bonus based on the reason for which they were terminated. By default all the ex-employees are eligible, for whatsoever reason they were terminated.
Example
If the employee was terminatied because of resignation and these group of employees should NOT be eligible for Bonus -
