Feature to return marital status key for married employees.

This feature is to know the customizable value for married in the BONUS progarm. This will return the marital status key for the 'married' as configured in the table T502T in the system. If the system has been configured to have 'married' as 1 in table T502T, then this feature will return 1 .
This value is used in Bonus (AWS) program to make decision based on the part time married women officers.
