Feature
TASK
This feature is used to decide on the eligibility criteria of the employee for Bonus(AWS). By default all employees are eligible.
For the group of employees, based on the structure, not eligible for AWS/Bonus - the corresponding update is made in the feature decision tree.
It can be based on EE group/EE subgroup, personnel area/personnel subarea or any combination of the above. The feature will return 'N'. If the returned value is not N the bonus program will proceed as normal otherwise it will reject the employee giving appropriate message
EXAMPLE
If the Bonus is not to be given to the employees belonging to
Employee Group = 1 and Employee SubGroup = 2, then maintain the feature like
