Use

In this IMG activity, you specify which balances you want to be displayed in the RHSP_TSN_PRINT_CUMULATION report (Education and Training Time Statement: Totals Overview). You set the number, width, and content of the columns to be displayed in the output list.

Prerequisites

You have defined the balances to be used to output the education and training times in the individual general and specialty areas.

Activities

  1. Specify the examination scheme for which you want to define the layout.
  2. Specify the column in which you want to output a particular balance.
  3. Specify the balance.
  4. Enter the name of the data element.

    In the standard system, you can use the HRSPP_TSN_CUM_COLUMN data element for this purpose. If you want to create documentation for the individual columns or if you are outputting particularly high values, you can create and use your own data elements. For more information, see the documentation for the Column Heading for ALV Output field.

  5. Enter the number of characters you want to output in a column.
  6. Enter a column heading.
