Use
In this IMG activity you define the period for which the system creates the planned expenses for persons and positions from the Personnel Cost Planning data.
The system creates data in the database HRFPM_BPREP_DATA for this period.
This data is then available to the DataSource 0PSM_PBC_05 for extraction to the Business Information Warehouse (BW).
Note:
If you change this period, you have to adjust the report variants for collecting personnel cost planning (for employees and organizational objects) in the application Personnel Cost Planning>/>. The data collection period in the report variant should match the period for which you create the budget plan data.
